Driven by a passion for cultivating connection and compassion, Ali brings extensive experience building fundraising strategies that scale, deepen engagement, and raise awareness of organizations’ missions.
She has dedicated her career to human services, helping build one of the largest fundraising programs in the Feeding America network. Woven through every strategy she creates is a foundational understanding and curiosity of a donor’s experience. It allowed her to guide Second Harvest of Silicon Valley through extraordinary growth, nearly tripling annual fund revenue amidst the challenges of the pandemic.
Ali has trained in inclusive leadership, coaching, and facilitation to develop cultures of belonging. She loves walking in the PNW woods, reading (both novels and nonfiction), spending quality time with friends, and trying to win the award for best auntie – this role taught her that it truly takes a village to raise a family.
